Yesterday was, by far, the best birthday I’ve ever had. I couldn’t have asked for a better crowd to spend it with.
I think 23 is going to be a great year.

RVA News loves Pickpocket!

Thanks to RVA News (especially Christine & Ross) for their awesome writeup of Pickpocket! And HI to everyone stumbling upon us because of them. Such a wonderful way to start a Friday. Have a great weekend, ya’ll!!!!

Back to Business
Sorry I abandoned you for a couple days, Richmond. It’s not you, it’s me. Also, I kind of went crazy for the last two weeks of school. (there’s also no wheat grass in Chesapeake.)
This weekend made me remember how...

Heritage Words By Christine Erickson
With its new, modern renovations, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts was a perfect backdrop to “Heritage”, the VCU Department of Fashion Design and Merchandising’s annual juried fashion show. Tickets to the show sold out in six hours, and it was no surprise why.

The Best Advice I Ever Gave Myself
9/13/2009
You have to remember the good parts. The bad are important for perspective, but REMEMBER: THINGS COULD ALWAYS BE WORSE. You have your support system, whether it’s the one you want you not. You have opportunity flying all around you, why not take it? You have a great job, and connections you need to make use of. Talk to people, don’t be afraid! Take your own advice, grab on...

To completely understand my passionate, burning hatred for automotives, I give you my top ten motor-related crosses:

Nerd Rant
I started reading posts from my old blog. Almost two years later and I’ve changed quite a bit, but a lot of me is exactly the same.
JUNE 29, 2009
I hate to start this post so cliche but damn, June is already over?! I have spent the majority of the summer shoving my nose into an AP stylebook and hunched over my Mac absorbing everything that is going on in the world.
The problem with...

Only 12 Days Away
In a mere two weeks, I will be free from the shackles of undergraduate. This will be my last summer in Richmond and it is going to be a good one.
I can only hope for more dancing, bike rides, Mariah Carey chanting, friends, and maybe less married men and CiCi’s employees professing their love to me.
